So, work has put a damper on my plan...I have not been able to get to the gym for when they have open swim yet. My schedule at work keeps changing which does a number on your sleep habits. My short term goal is to go tomorrow morning no MATTER what! Even if I don't swim I will workout. This challenge represents all that I struggle with. If I can conquer this I can accomplish anything.

The part about being honest with others about your struggles to keep yourself from living in denial. Let me know what you think.
ReplyDeleteYou will get there! It took me almost 2 months after getting my gym membership before I got the will to go for the first time, now I go 2-4 times a week. Just keep your goal in your head and it will come!
